More importantly, we back each and every course with free online and phone help.
Our clients range from individual users to law and accounting firms, non-profits, and small business owners. All have one thing in common - the need for highly targeted training that will get them up to speed quickly and painlessly.
Hands-on Help from an Experienced NJ Computer Trainer
From selling and installing to training and troubleshooting, ZIP owner and principal trainer Marjorie Goldstein has spent the last 20 years working with people in their offices and homes to help them understand how to use software. Before she became involved with computers, Marjorie enjoyed a career as a teacher, both at the high school and college levels.
More recently, as Director of Training for one of New Jersey's largest accounting firms, Marjorie developed curriculum and accompanying courseware to meet the training needs of both the firm's staff and its clients.
According to Marjorie, "ZIP's clients range from 21 to over 70. I try to make them all feel comfortable taking a course that will enhance their skills and take them wherever they want to go."
