Excel for Business Professionals (2007)
Level I — Designed for busy professionals, office staff, and just about anyone, this is the ideal introduction to Excel. This six-hour program is geared to adult training and presents Excel in an understandable way showing the many uses of this application program. Training includes general navigation of the command ribbons, worksheets, using both the keyboard and mouse. This course includes basic formulas, adding columns, formatting, and printing tips.
Two 3- hour sessions
Level II — The Intermediate course is intended for Excel users who want to know more. It is a six-hour course that begins with an overview of basic Excel, and moves into splitting the screen to view large worksheets, more advanced formulas and functions, 3-D formulas across several worksheets, sorting, filtering, and tables, conditional formatting, linking data, templates, and more.
Two 3- hour sessions
Level III — The Advanced course covers more advanced functions—lookups, statistical, and finanace functions. In addition this course covers charts and graphs used by the compamy to import into PowerPoint, as well as Pivot Tables and charts. Other topcs include date math, add ons, Data Validation, and advanced filtering techniques.

Basic Excel for Anyone (2007)
If you want to create lists of addresses, track inventory, or organize collections of items, this is the course for you. ZIP takes the beginner from navigating a grid sheet to inserting text or numbers and storing information in a file. This is not intended for a regular Excel user, but for anyone who needs to do a specific task, and needs quick training to get it done.

QuickBooks
101
From installing
the software to creating your company and a chart of accounts, this
course gets business owners and managers up to speed on this popular
accounting program. Users will also master the basics of sending invoices,
receiving payments, paying bills, reconciling bank statements and credit
cards, creating estimates, and overall maintenance of an accurate electronic
bookkeeping system.

Introduction to Word
This is
a short course in how to create documents using common keyboard and
mouse shortcuts, and save them in a filing system. Attendees will learn
how to format and edit documents using the menus and toolbars, as well
as more advanced skills tailored to individual needs, such as mail merges,
use of graphics and tables, or converting to HTML to upload documents
to a website. This course is NOT intended for professional office administrators
who need to use styles and advanced formatting techniques.

Word 2007 for Office Administrators and Law Firms
Level I — This course takes you through office tasks such as preparing letters, reports, creating tables, and formatting a document with a professional look. It includes using the ribbon tabs to navigate through Word 2007 to insert dates, signatures, copy and paste using shortcuts and the clipboard. The course will also introduce styles on a basic level and help the user to printout effective reports with headers and footers.
One 4- hour session
Level II — Continuation for users of Word . The next level of Word 2007 covers Styles more in depth, and uses references, mailings and tables. This level of Word is usually geared toward the students’ specific office needs such as using templates, signatures, tables of content, authorities, styles, footnotes, macros, and other more advanced features. This course will include Quick Parts and Building blocks for setting up professional documents.

Learn how to put together a professionally designed presentation using text, graphics, and audio. All you
need is your purpose, your target, and some ideas to consolidate into memorable points for your audience.

Outlook 2007—Email, Calendar, Contacts, and Synchronizing & 2003
Learn how to use the powerful tools provided with Outlook for sending and receiving e-mail, managing contacts, and
synchronizing vital data with your Blackberry or other PDA. Designed for time-starved professionals, this abbreviated
course covers how to organize your email, get rid of junk, and organize separate contact folders and more. We will
show you how to set up your contact folders, email folders, and re-direct incoming mail with rules. Task can also be
included to keep you organized and on top of your schedules. If applicable, Web Access Outlook can also be included if requested.
